Counseling and
Art Therapy
My Approach
You'll find that I bring authenticity, warmth, humor, and a grounded presence to our work together. My approach is casual yet intentional, creating a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and safe for deeper exploration. I gently encourage curiosity and reflection, supporting you as you navigate emotional challenges, relationships, life transitions, and the complexities of being human.
At Tender Creative, therapy can go beyond words. I integrate creative, insight-oriented approaches to help you explore patterns, deepen your self-understanding, and connect more authentically with what matters to you.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and support those experiencing stress, the impact of past trauma, and the complexities that can come with being a highly sensitive person. Together, we can explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and develop ways of moving through life that feel more authentic and sustainable.
